Trucker Program

MTed Transportation A+ PTP eligibility standards are designed for drivers with a minimum of 1 year of verifiable prior experience and a solid driving record. We seek drivers who embody professionalism and dedication. Those holding full endorsements receive a competitive base rate of 64 cents per mile at MTed Transportation. Additionally, drivers have the option to select from various benefits, including health insurance coverage, 401k plans, and more. Our annual base pay exceeds $77,760.

Successfully Complete M Ted 2 Day Orientation

Complete MTed Transportation 2-day orientation, including road test and onboarding.

Complete Hazmat Endorsement

Obtain Hazmat Endorsement within 45 days of employment.

Good Communication

Communicate transparently and honestly, reporting issues on time.

Professional Manners

Maintain professional manners with customers and within the company.

Follow All Safety Regulations

Follow all safety regulations, ensuring a clean driving record.

Proper Truck Care

Care for the truck and cabin with regular maintenance.
